U.T.S.U. eXpression Against Oppression Week
Twice a year, U.T.S.U.'s Social Justice and Equity Commission holds eXpression Against Oppression, a week dedicated to raising awareness of current social justice issues within Canada and around the world. A variety of events are planned with the goal of starting important discussions about our values as individuals and as a nation. The theme for this semester's XAO is 'Existence is Resistance'. Throughout the week, there will be many opportunities to express ourselves through different forms of art and activities. You will be encouraged to think critically and feel empowered to resist instances of oppression, wherever they occur.
Because Existence IS Resistance.
